Third-Party Compensation Disclosure

Client acknowledges that Contractor and affiliated ecosystem partners may receive separate referral, consulting, facilitation, or partnership compensation from third-party lenders, vendors, financial institutions, or strategic partners introduced during the engagement. Such compensation shall not increase Client's agreed project fees under this agreement.
